Smart Screen Time for Eye Health

In today’s digital world, many people spend hours in front of screens, which can strain the eyes and cause discomfort. Prolonged screen time may lead to symptoms like dry eyes, headaches, and blurred vision, a condition known as digital eye strain. To protect your eyes, it’s important to take regular breaks using the 20-20-20 rule  every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.

Adjusting your screen’s brightness and positioning it at eye level can also reduce strain. Additionally, maintaining proper lighting in your environment and using blue light filters can help minimize the negative effects of screen exposure. Being mindful of your screen habits supports long-term eye health and comfort. Shutdown123
